The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of key aspects of your fleet's account, including available licenses, CoPilot settings, map data information, and driver route compliance and safety alerts. (A RouteReporter license is required for compliance details.) 


The Dashboard helps ensure that your vehicle settings are up to date, and it can alert you to potential safety issues within the fleet. It displays when you log in to Account Manager. You can also open it by selecting the Dashboard tab on the left-side menu.



Dashboard components


The cards displayed in the Dashboard vary depending on your licensing. The Dashboard may include:

  1. A check-list of tasks to properly set up Account Manager.
  2. The number of Vehicle Routing Profiles that are not marked as default or assigned to vehicle groups. This helps you ensure that any profiles you have created are actually in effect.
  3. The number of Route Modifier and Custom Place sets that are not marked as default or assigned to vehicle groups. This helps you ensure that any modifiers or places you have created are actually in effect.
  4. The number of vehicles that are not assigned to groups or do not have routing or configuration profiles assigned to them.
  5. Notifications about whether your fleet's map data is up to date. If you schedule automatic map updates via Account Manager, that information will also be displayed here.
  6. Driver compliance information and alerts from RouteReporter. (Requires separate licensing for RouteReporter)
  7. A map that you can zoom, pan and expand to full-screen to view the last known location of your assets. (Requires separate licensing for RouteReporter)
