Account Manager is a web tool that provides an easy way for fleets of all sizes to buy multiple licenses for Trimble Maps products, including CoPilot and MileOn, and install them on company devices or distribute them to drivers. Account Manager ensures you get the most out of the trip planning and navigation apps you purchase by allowing you to:

  • Assign licenses to specific vehicles, devices, or drivers.  

  • Transfer the apps to new vehicles, devices, or drivers as your needs change.

  • Know when your apps are installed and activated.

  • Ensure your CoPilot apps have consistent settings across the fleet, including Vehicle Routing Profiles and Map Sets.

Getting Started 

With our Account Manager site, you can quickly get your fleet up-and-running on Trimble Maps apps.

  • Step 1: Contact Trimble Maps sales to purchase as many app licenses as you need. 
  • Step 2: Login to Account Manager, view your available licenses and assign those licenses to individual vehicles, devices or drivers.
  • Step 3: Configure your fleet's CoPilot app settings.
  • Step 4: Install the apps on your fleet's devices or send drivers a notification by e-mail that walks them through how to install the apps on their own devices.
