1. SAP handles the majority of the configuration
2. User must have the SOAP URL and their API Key

To obtain the certificate:

• Go to:  https://pcmiler.alk.com/apis/soap/v1.0/service.svc?wsdl
• Click the lock next to the browser URL
• Select Certificate
• Click on the Details tab
• Click on the Public Key
