All Product Keys have to be activated. This will normally be done during the initial start-up of CoPilot. However, if the device cannot connect to the internet, a manual activation of the Key will be required.
You can manually activate the key on our "Activate" homepage by following the provided steps, this home page can be accessed via this link.
